Atomic Trips is looking for someone who can shoot, cut, and run the paid social behind an international group travel brand, and who wants that work to lead somewhere. You would own the footage that sells our trips: filming on location, editing it into reels and ads, building and running those campaigns on Meta and beyond, and watching the numbers closely enough to tell us what is actually working.
This is a creative job with a commercial scoreboard. We are a small team, so over time the person who shoots the content is also the person who runs the ads made from it and reports on what those ads did. Shooting and editing are the two things we need you to arrive with. If you have already run campaigns, that is a real advantage and we want to hear about it. If you have not, say so and apply anyway, because it is something you can grow into here.
When you travel with us you are the tour back. Content is your first job. Beyond that you work in tandem with the trip director: watching the back of the group, helping people stay together and safe, and being the second set of eyes on the day. You are not expected to memorize dietary restrictions or run the dinner reservations. You are expected to know the plan, keep time, and be somewhere useful with a camera.
About the travel timing, plainly. Our main departure year for this role is 2027. There may be one 2026 departure if you join us in time, but you should expect the first stretch to be based in Las Vegas: working the existing footage library, building the content engine, running ads, planning, and learning our departures from the ground up. If you need to be on a plane within your first few months, we would rather you knew that now.
None of the following will rule you out, and you should apply whether or not any of it describes you. Each one is a genuine advantage, so if you have it, tell us.
There is one path here and it is a short one. The person who plans a shot sheet against an itinerary is already doing a version of the trip director's job from a different angle, so this role sits on that track on purpose. We look at every role one year at a time, and we would rather grow a trip director from inside the team than hire one in.
We are a startup and we start people at a startup rate. What we offer in return is a short, honest path off it. Your work is reviewed at 90 days, or sooner if your first ad report shows bookings we can trace back to you. Once you can show us the growth you are creating, the conversation moves to a commissionable structure and a rate that reflects the market, and we would rather have that conversation early than lose you.
If you arrive already able to prove a higher level, tell us in your application. We will name the growth we need to see, and we will commit to your number once it is there.
We discuss pay directly with you during the interview process, once we both know the shape of the role you would be stepping into. Trip days are paid at a flat daily rate, tips on our departures are yours to keep, and required business travel expenses are covered separately and are never taken out of your pay.
