By booking with Atomic Trips, travelers acknowledge and agree to the payment terms, billing authorizations, and financial responsibilities outlined below.
Travelers are responsible for all payments, balances, fees, installments, and financial obligations associated with their booking.
Booking a trip with Atomic Trips creates a financial commitment for the selected travel experience and reserves space, accommodations, vendor commitments, operational planning, and group travel logistics associated with the traveler's participation.
Travelers agree to make all required payments according to the selected payment schedule, invoice terms, installment plan, or billing agreement associated with their booking.
Atomic Trips may utilize third-party payment processing platforms, invoicing systems, customer relationship management tools, booking systems, or financial technology providers to facilitate traveler payments, invoices, installment plans, operational communications, and booking management.
These platforms may include services such as HoneyBook and other authorized payment or operational providers selected by Atomic Trips.
Travelers acknowledge and agree that:
Atomic Trips is not responsible for independent third-party platform outages, banking delays, card issuer restrictions, technical interruptions, or failures caused by external payment providers or technology systems.
Travelers remain responsible for ensuring successful payment completion and maintaining valid payment methods throughout their booking and payment schedule.
By submitting payment information to Atomic Trips or its payment processors, travelers authorize Atomic Trips and its authorized payment providers to:

Travelers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that all billing information provided is accurate and current.
Every Atomic Trips payment plan runs on the $5 Travel Club payment plan service, our in-house payment service that lets you pay for your trip through scheduled payments. It is a service, not a club or membership, and it is not a loan. Every payment plan includes a one-time, non-refundable $5 service charge for using the service. The $5 is not a deposit and it is not part of your trip total. Your scheduled payments are payments toward your trip total and are subject to our Terms of Service. Paying in full has no service charge.
Your deposit is either a payment of $299 or more made at booking together with the $5, or, if you pay only the $5 at booking, your first scheduled payment. We accept your booking when you pay, and your account is activated and onboarding begins once your deposit clears.
No scheduled payment is less than $5 for each day it covers, which is about $150 a month, or $140 in a 28-day month.
The 15% of the trip price described in our cancellation policy is separate from the $5 service charge.
While any balance remains on your booking, you must keep at least one valid payment method on file. The last payment method cannot be removed, only replaced, and a replacement must show it can cover your next scheduled payment: a bank account through instant bank verification with enough available balance, or a card through a temporary authorization for the next payment amount that is released and not charged.
The card you use at booking is kept on file as your backup. For bank accounts connected through instant bank verification, we may check the available balance one to two days before a scheduled payment; nothing is held or moved. If the balance looks short, we will let you know so you can add funds. If a scheduled payment is declined or returned, or the balance is still short on the payment date, you authorize us to charge that payment to your backup card, plus a $25 missed payment fee. You may always pay a scheduled amount another way we accept before it is due.
Certain Atomic Trips experiences may offer installment payment plans or recurring billing arrangements.
Travelers acknowledge that:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment methods remain available throughout the payment schedule.
Travel pricing may include coordination with independent third-party suppliers, accommodations, transportation providers, activity operators, and destination vendors.
Travelers acknowledge that:
Atomic Trips is not responsible for fees imposed by banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.
Travelers agree to contact Atomic Trips directly to attempt good-faith resolution of billing concerns, operational disputes, payment questions, or service issues before initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or banking disputes when reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, credits, and booking modifications are governed separately by the Atomic Trips Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Atomic Trips Terms of Service.

Travelers are expected to report billing discrepancies, payment issues, or booking concerns promptly through Atomic Trips support channels.
This Payment Authorization & Billing Agreement is intended to supplement the Atomic Trips Terms of Service and related traveler policies.
In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, operational necessity, or interpretation issue between this agreement and the Atomic Trips Terms of Service, the Atomic Trips Terms of Service shall control and prevail to the fullest extent permitted.
