What do you mean by all-inclusive?

All-inclusive here means immersion, not resort walls. An Atomic Trip covers thoughtfully chosen accommodations, enriching cultural experiences, group meals, effortless transportation, professional photo and video, and a personal team on the trip with you, plus an enhanced virtual itinerary that makes travel even easier.

When should I book my flight?

Book to land within our Day 1 arrival window shown on your checkout page, typically morning. Our team greets arrivals just outside baggage claim from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Most travelers take an overnight flight departing the day before. Landing later? Contact us and we will plan your transfer.

How do roommates work for shared rooms?

Roommates are matched from the preferences you share at checkout: gender identity, age range, and sleep habits. Traveling with a friend? Request each other and we will pair you. You will also meet your whole group on Zoom calls and in a WhatsApp chat before the trip.

Can I customize my payment plan?

Yes. After choosing your package, pick weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments, make a deposit to lower your amount, or pay extra anytime. Plans are interest free and must be paid in full 60 days before the trip.

Will there be vegetarian options at group meals?

Yes, always. Fully vegan diets can be trickier in destinations that focus on authentic cultural meals, so share your dietary preferences during checkout and we will plan accordingly.

Do I need a visa?

Most destinations do not require a visa for U.S. citizens. If you hold a different passport, please check the entry rules for your nationality before booking.
