Our all-inclusive travel isn’t only about convenience, it’s about immersion, connection, and making every moment count. An Atomic Trip encompasses thoughtfully chosen accommodations, enriching cultural experiences, decadent group meals, effortless transportation, professional photo and video services, and access to a personalized in person team on the trip with you and enhanced virtual itineraries make travel even easier, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable journey.

 A: Spots are tied to the traveler who enrolled because vendors require matching names and documents. If you need to make a change, contact us right away. Options may exist with fees and vendor approval.

 A: Yes. Our groups are intentionally sized to feel social, comfortable, and welcoming. You will never be lost in a crowd. Every traveler can participate at their own pace and still feel included.

A: Book to land within our Day 1 arrival window shown on your checkout page, typically morning. On Day 1, Our Team will be waiting just outside the arrivals area, after customs and baggage claim, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM to greet you and guide you to your transfer. Most travelers take an overnight flight that departs the day before and arrives that morning. If you arrive after 1:00 PM, contact us for the best transfer plan. Allow 2 to 3 hours for international connections and avoid tight layovers.

Most destinations do not require a visa for U.S. citizens. Requirements can vary depending on your passport. If you are not a U.S. citizen, such as a Canadian traveler or someone from another country, please check the entry rules for your passport before booking.

Not Always. These are adventure-style itineraries with extensive walking and stairs, and historic buildings that may lack elevators or ramps. Streets can be cobblestone or brick. We are currently unable to accommodate accessibility needs.

Roommates are matched based on the preferences you share during checkout, including gender identity, age range, and sleep habits. If you are traveling with a friend, you may request to room together.

Before the trip, we host multiple Zoom calls for your specific group. These calls allow you to ask questions, learn trip details, and meet the other travelers. We also create an exclusive WhatsApp group chat for your trip so everyone can introduce themselves and get to know each other ahead of time. If you connect with someone and both request to room together, we are happy to arrange it if possible.

Yes. If two travelers request each other, we will pair you together. If you decide later that you want to room with someone specific, reach out to your client manager and we will do our best to help based on availability.

Often, Yes. Private rooms are limited and often sell out quickly. If a private room becomes available later, we offer upgrades on a first come basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Vegetarian options are always provided at group meals.

Travelers who follow a fully vegan diet should be aware that many destinations focus on authentic cultural meals, which may use animal products in preparation. While we do our best to help, we cannot guarantee fully vegan meals in every destination. Please share your dietary preferences during checkout so we can plan accordingly.
