What Youβll Do

- Film & edit high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of trips, providing engaging and inspiring travel content.
- Manage our social media presence, ensuring strong audience engagement and growth.
- Develop & execute content strategies that align with our brandβs goals.
π Travel Coordination & Content Management
- Work closely with travel hosts and our team to document the experiences and highlight key moments.
- Ensure all travel media is aligned with our storytelling and branding strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule content production, from pre-trip planning to post-trip deliverables.
- Monitor and track content performance, ensuring it meets brand and audience expectations.

On average, team members managing 19 trips per year have seen commissions ranging from $600 to $1,200 per month, with total potential annual commissions reaching $12,350 if all performance goals are met. Atomic Trips is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and is proactive in problem-solving. The assistant will oversee inbox management, assist in writing content for blogs, and handle various virtual research tasks.

- π© Inbox Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely communication and prioritization of critical messages.
- βοΈ Content Writing: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting blog posts, newsletters, and other written content in line with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- π Research Tasks: Conduct virtual research on various topics, including industry trends, competitors, potential business opportunities, and more.
- π Administrative Support: Manage files, organize documents, and maintain digital records.
- π Project Assistance: Support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
