What You’ll Do

🎥 Content Creation & Social Media Growth

  • Film & edit high-quality video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage of trips, providing engaging and inspiring travel content.
  • Manage our social media presence, ensuring strong audience engagement and growth.
  • Develop & execute content strategies that align with our brand’s goals.

🌍 Travel Coordination & Content Management

  • Work closely with travel hosts and our team to document the experiences and highlight key moments.
  • Ensure all travel media is aligned with our storytelling and branding strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule content production, from pre-trip planning to post-trip deliverables.
  • Monitor and track content performance, ensuring it meets brand and audience expectations.

✈️ On-Trip Content Production

  • Attend and document trips, capturing professional and dynamic content.
  • Work alongside the team to highlight unique travel experiences that showcase the authenticity of each destination.
  • Edit and distribute media assets efficiently, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality content.

What We’re Looking For

Expertise in video production & editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Compensation & Perks

💰 Base Salary: $2,100 – $3,000/month (DOE)
📈 Commissions & Bonuses: Additional earnings based on performance, with the potential to reach $12,000+ per year in commissions. Actual earnings vary based on individual success.

🎉 Up to $4,000 annual holiday bonus (based on performance)

📈 Performance-Based Bonuses & Commissions: Potential for additional earnings through successful content collaborations. On average, team members managing 19 trips per year have seen commissions ranging from $600 to $1,200 per month, with total potential annual commissions reaching $12,350 if all performance goals are met. Virtual Executive Assistant

📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Hours: Sun-Thurs, 9AM-5PM (PST)
Compensation: 💰 100% negotiable based on region and experience, with yearly performance-based bonuses.

🔹 Experience:

  • ✅ Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • 💼 Must have prior experience managing high-level administrative tasks remotely.

🔹 Technical Skills:

  • 🖥 Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
  • 📊 Strong knowledge of Excel (required if Airtable experience is lacking).
  • 🔍 Familiarity with Airtable, SEMrush (or similar), and WordPress Elementor (willing to train on Elementor).
  • 📧 Ability to navigate email management tools and task management software.

  • 📝 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • ✍️ Experience in blog writing, content creation, and SEO is a plus.

About the Role:

Atomic Trips is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Executive Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and is proactive in problem-solving. The assistant will oversee inbox management, assist in writing content for blogs, and handle various virtual research tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • 📩 Inbox Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely communication and prioritization of critical messages.
  • ✍️ Content Writing: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting blog posts, newsletters, and other written content in line with brand voice and SEO best practices.
  • 🔎 Research Tasks: Conduct virtual research on various topics, including industry trends, competitors, potential business opportunities, and more.
  • 🗂 Administrative Support: Manage files, organize documents, and maintain digital records.
  • 📌 Project Assistance: Support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • 📢 Communication Support: Draft emails, reports, and other correspondence as needed.
  • 📅 Calendar Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, reminders, and task management.
